Aedifica, a Belgium-based company specializing in health care real estate, acquired four fully-operational senior living homes in Germany along with land for the construction of a new one. The purchase price was €39m. The homes in Sonnerberg, Rothenberg, Dornum and Weimar offer a total capacity of 465 units, while the completion of Seniorzentrum Weimar is expected in 2020. Azurit group is the operator of the senior homes.
