The Bremen-based project developer Specht Gruppe is set to build 17 retirement homes in Germany for the Belgian company Aedifica. Soech Gruppe will develop the properties in five regions, including Niedersachsen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Schleswig-Holstein and Bremen. The investment volume is approximately €200m. Completion has been set for for 2019. Both companies have previously worked on a joint residential project in 2014.
