AEW bought two properties in Budapest on behalf of a German separate account. The acquisitions include the Andrassy 11 & 12 neo-renaissance facilities, totaling 7,800 sqm. The buildings are located along the southern part of Andrassy avenue in the capital. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Andrassy 11 is fully leased to Michael Kors. Andrassy 12, meanwhile, is leased to the Austrian shoe brand Hogl and the local railway museum Miniversum. AEW said it is planning additional real estate investments in Hungary as well as the CEE region.
