AEW Europe, the real estate investment manager, has bought an office building located on Calle Serrano in Madrid for €26m. The seller is a private investor whose name has not been released. The property offers 7,550 sqm located on seven floors and covers several stores, a restaurant, gym, and underground parking for 70 cars. The building is 83 percent occupied. The new owner is planning to refurbish the offices and restaurant area and incorporate new facilities. AEW Europe was advised by Savills during the transaction process.
