In a deal worth €39m, AEW Europe is finalizing its purchase of the Amura building in the Arroyo de la Vega area of Alcobendas, a suburb of Madrid. The seller is Union Investment. The property offers 18,177 sqm of office space. It is currently 75 percent leased with rents of around €10/sqm/month. The main tenant is the Ricoh group, which manufactures digital equipment for office use. AEW Europe is planning to focus more on the Spanish market.
