Affidea Group acquired the Phoenix diagnostic centers in Cluj-Napoca, Piatra Neamt, Deva and Medias. The group now has 18 diagnostic and treatment centers across Romania.
The Phoenix centers will continue to operate under the same name. Affidea plans to rebrand the centers at a later date. Affidea Group is a European operator and medical service provider of diagnostic imaging, nuclear medicine and cancer treatments.
