AFI Europe Romania is investing €16m into a new residential project in northern Bucharest. The developer broke ground on the first two blocks of AFI City. The first stage of the project will include two buildings totaling 190 housing units and 228 above-ground parking spaces. Completion is scheduled for next summer. TGC was named general contractor for the first phase of the project.
