AFI Europe has completed the second phase of Classic 7 Business Park in Prague 7 – Holešovice, with the addition of a 11,000 sqm office building. Classic 7 now comprises four buildings that surround a green patio with a restaurant. The new seven-story structure offers 225 parking spots in two additional underground floors. IMOS Brno built the project, which was designed by CMC architects. Construction on the building got underway on spec, and to date, no lease contracts have yet been signed. The first phase of Classic 7 is 90 percent leased.
