AFI Europe approved its first housing rental project – AFIHOME Třebešín

21 July 2022

The development company AFI Europe has completed the fifth and at the same time the last stage of the Tulipa Třebešín residential project. This is (unlike the first four already completed stages) intended exclusively for rental housing. AFI Europe is thus concluding extensive construction on a five-hectare urban brownfield in Prague 3 – Strašnice. The eight-story AFIHOME Třebešín building with a separate garage will offer a total of 61 apartments in layouts from 1+kk to 3+kk, which can be rented fully or partially furnished. The general contractor was Imos Brno. She was responsible for the overall construction, while XXXLutz supplied the interiors. Interested parties will be able to move in from this fall, but they can already come and view the recently completed model apartment. AFI Europe’s total investment in the fifth stage exceeded 250 million crowns.

“Along with the 61 apartments in our first completed rental housing project, we currently have more than 800 additional rental housing units under construction under the AFIHOME brand. We perceive the approval of the first of the buildings as an important milestone from which we begin to fulfill our long-term goal – to focus exclusively on rental housing in the residential sector in Prague,” comments Elena Pisotchi, sales and marketing manager of AFI Europe.

All AFIHOME Třebešín apartment units are dominated by timeless natural tones. There are 17 types of apartments on offer. Throughout the project, AFI Europe emphasized the creation of a modern, cozy and practical interior with a well-thought-out floor plan and plenty of storage space. “Especially the millennial generation currently has a need to be as flexible as possible – and we try to meet this within our rental housing concept. We want to offer tenants the necessary comfort and freedom, and not only when it comes to the possibility to move if necessary. We design our housing in such a way as to provide people with sufficient choice according to their individual ideas, even in the case of fully equipped apartments. For example, studio apartments are available in six different variants,” adds Elena Pisotchi.

The rental apartments will have the same standards as the apartments for sale in the previous phases of Tulipa Třebešín, where 750 standard apartments have already been completed and completely sold. The last 10 large units in luxury villas remain on offer. The project is located at the Třebešín bus stop, just a few minutes’ drive from the Želivského metro station. It also includes a park and a kindergarten with a capacity for 60 children. The rental residence will also include several retail units on the ground floor, which will complement the civic amenities in the area.
