AFI Europe has expanded its office portfolio with another property. The Classic 7 Business Park, AFI Karlín, AFI Vokovice and the AFI City 1 building also include the Avenir Business Park in Prague 5 – Nové Butovice. The company bought it from the EPISO 4 fund from the British company Tristan Capital Partners for EUR 66.5 million. The premium office complex with a total leasable area of more than 25,600 sqm is almost 100% occupied. Long-term tenants include companies such as ČSOB (belongs to the KBC Group), ING, Porsche, McDonald’s, Conduent, Dermacol, Simac Technik and Coloplast.

In combination with the rich civic amenities in the vicinity, it enjoys the long-term interest of major international tenants. Given all these facts, it fits perfectly into our current portfolio, which further develops and moves in a new direction – from building and managing our own development projects to building a strong real estate portfolio generating long-term profits, ” comments Doron Klein, AFI Europe’s CEO for the Czech Republic.
Avenir Business Park is a holder of the BREEAM In-Use green certification in the Very Good level. It is located next to the Galerie Butovice shopping center and offers Class A office space with a flexible layout from 200 to 3,500 square meters. Part of the complex is a courtyard full of greenery with a restaurant and cafe. The Avenir is easily accessible by public transport, but there are also plenty of parking spaces in the underground car park.
