AFI Europe had completed AFI Park 3. The Bucharest office building is already fully leased to Endava Romania and TELUS International. Danya Cebus oversaw construction, which started in June 2013 with a budget of €20 million.
AFI Park 1 and AFI Park 2 are the first buildings in Romania to secure LEED Gold Core & Shell certification. Both buildings are fully occupied. AFI Park 1 is fully leased to Electronic Arts, and AFI Park 2 is leased to companies such as Microchip, Cameron and Sparkware Technologies.
AFI Europe Romania began construction on AFI Park 4 & 5 last April. Construction is scheduled for completion in Q4 2015. AFI Park 4 & 5 was designed as a single building, and will offer 3,000 sqm on each floor to meet the needs of IT&C and BPO companies.
AFI Park offers 70,000 sqm of space in five class A office buildings. Each of the AFI Park buildings connect to AFI Palace Cotroceni.
