After opening the 45,000 sq m AFI Brașov mall, which has an 15,000 sq m office building attached, AFI Europe submitted the documents for the expansion of the AFI Park office complex in the Capital and the development of an apartment project for rent.
“We thought of developing about 300 apartments for rent near AFI Cotroceni and AFI Park. It will be a huge advantage for those who work in offices, get rid of traffic by working, living and shopping in the same place. I think this is advantageous for future residents as well as for the city. In fact, we have been thinking about such a project for a long time. We already have apartments for rent in Berlin and in Prague, where we already have a project of 700 apartments and we are developing another one ”, explains Doron Klein.
