The development company AFI Europe is opening a model apartment in the AFIHOME Třebešín project in Prague 3 near the Želivského metro station for those interested in rental housing. The eight-storey building with a separate garage building will offer a total of 61 apartments in layouts from 1 + kk to 3 + kk. There will be a selection of partially furnished units with the possibility of moving in from the autumn of this year. XXXLutz has become the general supplier of interiors in cooperation with the custom-made furniture manufacturer Schüller. The just completed model apartment in the size of 2 + kk is located on the first floor and relies on a timeless design.
“Our goal was to create a modern interior that is cozy and practical at the same time. On an area of 50 m2, we placed great emphasis on sufficient storage space, but at the same time we wanted to maintain the airiness and elegance of the newly furnished rooms. From the color palette, we chose rather natural tones that playfully overcome the constantly changing fashion trends and at the same time make a pleasant and soothing impression,” comments Elena Pisotchi, sales and marketing manager at AFI Europe.
The dominant feature of the model apartment is the living area with a spacious sofa in the shape of the letter “L”, which is seamlessly connected to the open kitchen with white surfaces and black appliances. It is complemented by a half-island with a solid wooden top, which can be used as an additional work surface or a dining table with a bar seating, as required. There are large built-in wardrobes in the hallway and in the bedroom, which combine closed storage spaces with those that are acknowledged. In addition, seasonal clothes or, for example, unused bedding can be stored in a raised double boxspring bed, which is lined with hanging bedside tables with lamps. The modern cream-colored bathroom has a bathtub and an integrated cabinet directly under the sink. The whole apartment is then decorated with decent decorative elements that give it the atmosphere of home.
“In recent months, we have conducted an extensive survey of those interested in rental housing in order to find out what demands people have on such apartments. As a result, in the case of smaller 1 + kk and 2 + kk layouts, we plan to fully equip all units. However, for the size of 3 + kk, we will leave one room empty so that the tenants can arrange it according to their own ideas – whether as a study or a second bedroom. In general, the greatest interest was in flats 3 + kk and only then followed by 2 + kk and 1 + kk units. However, I think that our studios will pleasantly surprise people. In their case, there will be a total of six standard flats in Třebešín, and all of them are designed to enable comfortable living for two people as well,” adds Elena Pisotchi.
AFIHOME Třebešín is part of the extensive residential project Tulipa Třebešín, which includes a public park and a kindergarten for a total of 60 children. It is located near the Třebešín bus stop about 5 minutes drive from the metro station A Želivského. Nearby is the Olšany Polyclinic and the Atrium Flora shopping center with a wide range of shops and services.
