AFI Europe may sell AFI Park offices

2 December 2014

AFI Europe, controlled by Lev Leviev, is considering selling an office building at AFI Park in Bucharest. The developer hopes local institutional investors be willing to complete major transactions next year. The first three buildings at AFI Park office complex, located near the AFI Palace Cotroceni shopping center, are valued between €80m and €85m. David Hay, CEO of AFI Europe Romania, said that unlike in Poland, pension funds don’t exist in Romania.
