AFI Europe is preparing to develop a 50,000 sqm office building on the former INOX platform in Bucharest. Construction is scheduled to break ground in 2017. The office building will go up between the Green Gate office building and Vulcan Value Center. The scheme will include two office buildings, according to David Hay, CEO of AFI Europe Romania. One building will have eight floors, while the other will include 15 floors. Hay said the Vulcan Value Center, developed by NEPI, could help generate potential tenants for AFI’s new offices.
