AFI Europe has signed pre-lease on 16,000 sqm at AFI Park 4&5 in Bucharest. The office buildings, which are expected to be delivered in early February, are now 50 percent leased.
Cameron will expand and relocate its offices from AFI Park 1 to AFI Park 4&5. SII Romania leased 3,000 sqm, while another IT&C company signed on for 3,000 sqm. ORTEC Central & Eastern Europe took several thousand square meters. Ground floor units will be occupied by the Italian restaurant Trattoria Uno, Tucano Café and a Pinum Doors & Windows showroom.
AFI Park includes five class A office buildings with a total leasable area of 70,000 sqm, situated near the shopping center AFI Palace Cotroceni. Tenants include Electronic Arts, TELUS International group, Endava Romania, Microchip Technology, Sparkware Technologies and Cameron Romania.
