The development company AFI Europe has already leased half of the apartments in its first completed rental housing project AFIHOME Třebešín in Prague 3 – Strašnice. It is part of the extensive Tulipa Třebešín residential project, spread over a five-hectare urban brownfield. The eight-storey AFIHOME Třebešín building with a separate garage includes a total of 61 apartments in layouts from 1+kk to 3+kk. Although approval was only recently (in July), there are only 29 units left to rent. The interiors of the apartments, which can be rented fully or partially furnished, were supplied by XXXLutz.
“The relocation will take place in three stages within one month. We welcomed the first residents to AFIHOME Třebešín on September 1, and to date we have handed over 16 apartments. The last apartments are currently being finished,” comments Elena Pisotchi, sales and marketing manager of AFI Europe, and adds: “Demand for rental housing in Prague has been high for a long time. We respond to it by building several projects: we now have another 800 rental housing units under construction. We expect a total of 170 of them to be completed by the end of this year in the AFIHOME Karlín project near metro station B Křižíkova.”

The interiors in the entire project are tuned to natural, mostly light, timeless tones with an emphasis on creating a practical space, plenty of storage space and daylight. The project is designed to make moving as easy as possible for those interested. All apartments are either fully or partially furnished – so tenants only need personal belongings, and they can fine-tune the apartment with various accessories according to their style and ideas.
The rental apartments will have the same standards as the apartments for sale in the previous phases of Tulipa Třebešín, where 750 standard apartments have already been completed and completely sold. The offer remains the last 4 large units in luxury villas. The project is located at the Třebešín bus stop, just a few minutes’ drive from the Želivského metro station. It also includes a park and a kindergarten with a capacity for 60 children. The rental residence will also include several retail units on the ground floor, which will complement the civic amenities in the area.
