AFI Europe Romania posted a net operating income of €37m from its income-producing assets in the first nine months of the year, up 10.4 percent from the previous year. AFI Properties, the parent company of AFI Europe, posted a net operating income of €63m for the period, up 11 percent y-o-y, and €160m in revenue, a 30-percent increase from the first nine months of 2016. AFI Properties owns and manages more than 450,000 sqm of commercial properties and reported €165m in cash reserves as of Sept. 30.
