AFI Europe Romania reported €27m in net operating revenues in the first six months of 2018, up 9 percent from the previous year. The company’s AFI Cotroceni commercial center in Bucharest generated €18.1m in H1. AFI Europe Romania entered the residential market this year when it broke ground on AFI City. Completion of the first phase, including 190 apartments, is scheduled for mid-2019.
