AFI Europe Romania posted €34m in revenues for the first nine months of 2016, up 14 percent from the previous year. The developer reported €12m in net income in Q3, up 17 percent y-o-y. AFI Europe Romania’s commercial properties and those that are currently in development were valued at more than €800m at the end of September, up 10 percent y-o-y.
AFI Cotroceni’s net operating income totaled €25m in the first nine months of 2016, up 10 percent from the previous year. The shopping center was assessed at €467m at the end of September, up 7.6 percent y-o-y.
