AFI Europe Romania has started the renovation works for the common areas of the AFI Lakeview office building, bought last year from NEPI-Rockcastle, the investment in this project being about EUR 1.6 million.
The Class A office building, located in the north-central area of Bucharest, offers modern office space of 25,500 sqm. The leasable area of a current floor is approximately 2,400 sqm GLA, and decreases to the upper floors, reaching approximately 1,500 sqm GLA per floor, being easy to compartmentalize and with flexible utility in arranging all the functions required by tenants.
