The contractor Casta has completed the shell of the second phase of Tulipa Rokytka, a residential development by AFI Europe Czech Republic. The complex, located in Prague 9 Vysočany near the Českomoravská metro station, will offer 92 units ranging from one to four rooms. It’s designed by Loxia, and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2012. While the flats in the first phase have sold out, just two units in the second phase have been reserved, according to the project’s webpage.
