AFI Europe has released its results for 2019, which include the completion of the second stage of Tulipa City which was the final residential portion in its AFI City project in Prague 9. The company sold 120 flats in this project and in Tulipa Třebešín, a project comprising 25 units in five villa homes. Another accomplishment for the company last year was its acquisition of a project, including construction permit near the Křižíkova metro station in Prague 8. AFI Europe also made progress on its 17,000 sqm, 19-storey office building which is part of AFI City and has begun the gradual process of digitizing all of its office centers in Prague, including a mobile phone application for its tenants.
