AFI Europe Romania has signed new lease agreements for over 6,000 sqm of office spaces in AFI Park 4 & 5 bringing its total leasing activity for the year to 19,000 sqm.
Multinational company Hexaware Technologies leased 1,100 sqm of office space in AFI Park 4&5, while the telecom services provider Asentinel became operational on 1,000 sqm. BullGuard an internet security specialist will expand to 1,500 sqm in the project.
Another tenant that is growing at the business park is Endava Romania, which has 600 employees in Bucharest and will grow by 3,000 sqm to 9,000 sqm. Wellness Center has also opened at AFI Park 4&5. The buildings offer a total of 32,000 sqm including excellent technical specifications, 3,000 sqm floor plates, significant natural light levels and tailor made HVAC and electricity systems according to tenant requirements for their work stations.
