Agart-Pro has renegotiated its warehouse lease at Segro Business Park Warsaw in Ożarów. The confectionery distributor now leases 1,200 sqm. It was represented by Cresa Poland. Segro Business Park Warsaw includes more than 76,000 sqm of space in eight buildings. The property offers the possibility of developing projects with a combined area of 8,000 sqm. It also has warehouse spaces available for immediate occupancy.
