Agata Czarnecka has become the new head of the market research and consulting department at CBRE in Poland. He will lead a team of over a dozen experts in the field of market analyzes and research.
Agata Czarnecka has been associated with CBRE for over 11 years. Until now, she was the director of the market research and consulting department. She is the author and co-author of many reports on the development directions of each of the commercial real estate sectors, including: “Retail 2040”, “Shopping Center 4.0”, “How we want to work?” He successfully uses his experience in advising on key commercial projects in Poland.
Previously, for 10 years Agata worked for EY (formerly Ernst & Young) in the Real Estate Consulting Group, where she specialized in preparing reports and analyzes. She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and CCIM studies.

The consulting and analysis team carries out, among others such studies as analyzes and reports on local, regional and global trends, analyzes of local office, retail, warehouse, industrial and logistics and investment markets, location analysis and feasibility studies of commercial projects, including financial modeling and forecasting, as well as location analysis for foreign investments, such as shared service centers (SSC and BPO) and industrial investments. He also advises on development projects, the size and function of projects, analysis of impact zones for commercial projects or market absorption studies – a given location and plot.
