Agata Sekuła, head of CEE retail investment at JLL, has been appointed international director. She is the second person and the first woman from JLL’s CEE structure to hold the position.
Sekuła has more than 17 years of experience in the CEE retail investment market. She has participated in numerous financing deals including development debt, investment debt, equity raising, sales and acquisition and sale and leaseback transactions as well as portfolio deals.
“This year in the EMEA region, eight people were appointed as international directors. One of them is Agata Sekuła. It is hard to imagine a more well-deserved promotion. It is Agata who built from scratch the whole CEE retail investment team and participated in the largest transactions of retail schemes in our market’s history,” said Tomasz Trzósło, managing director and head of capital markets at JLL Poland.
