The Kuwaiti company AGC Equity Partners has acquired the 44,000 sqm Aculeum office complex in Frankfurt-Niederrad from Tishman Speyer for approximately €143.5m. Tishman Speyer acquired the office complex at Hahnstrasse in 2006. BNP Paribas Real Estate acted as the advisor in the sale. Aculeum underwent a substantial renovation in 2014. Strabag has been comissioned with undertaking building management by the new owner.
