Agnieszka Kolat has taken up the position of Executive Director in the Retail Investment department at JLL. She will be responsible for strategy and the development of JLL’s retail investment business in Poland. Agnieszka Kolat has been involved in the Polish real estate market for 20 years. During her career, she has advised investors on transactions totalling EUR 7.4 billion for flagship retail schemes in Poland and CEE (Silesia City Centre, Riviera, Galeria Katowicka, Galeria Dominikanska, Manufaktura, Olimpia Brno, Mall of Sofia, or Allee, to name but a few). She has cooperated with investors, funds and developers active in this part of Europe, including Allianz, Atrium European Real Estate, Aviva, CBRE GI, Echo Investment, EPP, Futureal, Griffin RE, Mayland, Meyer Bergman, Pradera, White Star Real Estate or Union Investment.
