Agnieszka Krzekotowska has been appointed director of the property management and asset management departments at Colliers International. Krzekotowska will be responsible for managing a team of more than 60 and supervising Colliers’ management portfolio in Warsaw and six regional cities in Poland. She will also oversee the further development of the company’s property management business, including the acquisition of new projects and searching for technologies and solutions that expand Colliers’ existing offer. Krzekotowska joined Colliers International in 2009 as a property manager. She was later promoted to clients relationship director. Krzekotowska has more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, having previously worked with Triuva, Union Investment, Tristan Capital Partners and Allianz.
