Agnieszka Milczarek has been appointed associate director of the property management department at Colliers International. Milczarek will be responsible for supervising the work of several property managers in Warsaw, Kraków and Trójmiasto. She will also build and develop relationships with customers. Milczarek has worked at Colliers for 10 years, most recently as senior property manager. She has more than 11 years of experience, which she gained while managing class A buildings and cooperating with the biggest investment funds on the market. Milczarek is an expert in different aspects of property management, including recommercialization, reconstruction, taking over management of new buildings and implementing new services.
