JLL advised on the sale of an investment plot located between Piłsudskiego, Komandorska and Bogusławskiego streets in Wrocław. The site under the name Centrum metropol offers 5,600 sqm and was acquired by LC Corp.
“We are glad to cooperate on the sale of the plot which is located attractively near Wrocław Główny railway station. In accordance with master plan provisions, this site can be developed with office, hotel and residential projects,” said Daniel Puchalski, Head of Land Advisory Services in JLL.
