Meridian Capital Group arranged a $150m loan to refinance a 10-property collection of apartments on behalf of AION Partners. The funding, provided by Capital One Multifamily Finance, is a 10-year Freddie Mac LIBOR-based floating rate loan that includes five years of interest-only payments. The portfolio includes 2,800 units, ranging from two to three stories, located along the US East Coast.
