Airbus Helicopters has expanded its existing office space at Forum 76 in Łódź by an additional 432 sqm and now occupies 1,235 sqm. Colliers International advised the helicopter manufacturer in the lease process. Forum 76 is a class A office building offering 8,000 sqm of space. The facility is located at the intersection of Piłsudskiego Avenue, the city’s main transport axis, and Śmigłego-Rydza-Kopcińskiego Avenue. Forum 76 is owned by Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital. “The high standard of service, partner relations and flexibility regarding the changing needs of our clients are the pillars on which we build our business model.
