CR Holding and Kofler & Kompanie Group AG bought the Frankfurt Airport Club from Deutsche Bank. The cost of the deal was undisclosed. Located at the international hub of the city’s airport, Frankfurt Airport Club was formerly owned by Deutsche Bank and Lufthansa. It has served as an exclusive members-only club for business meetings and conferences since 1980s. CR together with Kofler & Kompanie plan to refurbish the club and make it more renowned for international business travelers.
