The government of Albania has cut taxes to zero for small businesses whose annual turnover is less than around €36,400 said prime minister Edi Rama on Monday. He added that while those with annual turnover amounting to no more than €58,200 would still have to VAT, the tax rate on their profits would be reduced from 7.5 percent to just 5 percent according to local media.
