Albon is poised to break ground on a new 11,000 sqm production plant in Ruma. This will be the British company’s third plant in Serbia. The investment is expected to create 200 new jobs. The company already has 300 employees in the country. Albon opened its first plant in Ruma five years ago, where it produces components for the automotive industry. The company also has a factory in Simanovci, near Belgrade. Completion of the new factory is schedule for mid-2019.
