he New York-based real estate firm Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners has picked up two Palm Beach Gardens office buildings for a combined $30.05 million. The office complex, Corporate Center at the Gardens, is located on Northcorp Parkway, totals 113,565 sqf of office space. At the time of the sale, both buildings were 100 percent leased with major tenants including nutrition company Garden of Life, tech consultancy Oxford Global Resources, Olympus Insurance Company and Weiss Research.
The sellers, an affiliate of the Lexington Realty Trust, bought the asset in 1998 for $19.75 million. CBRE represented the seller during the transaction and will continue to managing the property.
