Alcon Pharmaceuticals is taking more than 1,000 sqm in Building B at BB Centrum in Prague 4 owned by PasserInvest. The company is part of the eyecare firm Alcon which produced among other products contact lenses. The deal for Building B, which is currently undergoing reconstruction, was brokered by Colliers International. There’s another 4,500 sqm still available in the 15,600 sqm building, which offers 1,240 sqm of retail space. The viewings for the building took place during the state of emergency, but all other communications between the two sides were completed online. The first tenant that’s expected to move into the newly refurbished building in July will be NEWPS.CZ. Tenants will also be able to use a 1,000 sqm public space on the green roof.
