Alesonor is planning to invest €12m to expand its luxury residential complex, Amber Gardens, in Bucharest’s Baneasa district. A total of 21 more houses will be added to the project. The price for a 263 sqm house in the Amber Garden complex starts at €320,000, while a 211 sqm house starts at €230,000.
