Alesonor, the developer of the “green” villa complex Amber Gardens in Tunari (near Bucharest), will expand the idea with a new project, Amber Forest, located 200 meters from Amber Gardens. According to the announcement, the residential complex will provide 700 villas arranged around a 5.3-hectare park. The project will benefit from the services of sports fields, playgrounds, market, supermarket, school, kindergarten, after-school, clinic and pharmacy. The estimated value of the investment in Amber Forest is 100 million euros.
