The developer Alesonor has announced that it has the building permit for the villas from the first phase of the Amber Forest project in Tunari and will start the construction works. The first phase of the project will have about 200 villas, complete infrastructure, a park and part of the commercial area.
EUR 42 million is the investment for this first phase, out of a total of EUR 110 million planned for the entire project. In total, the Amber Forest project will include more than 500 green villas and 200 green apartments, spread over 31 hectares.
