Alexandra Tomášková, Executive Vice President Operations CZ & HU at Skanska Property, has confirmed as a speaker at the upcoming HOF Forum taking place on April 2 in Prague. She’ll be speaking on the conference’s office panel, which will explore the new ways projects are being developed in this era of scarce labor resources. Corporations find themselves forced to cater to a new generation of employees and to stricter environmental regulations, but will investors actually value and pay for the added costs. Tomášková, winner of the CIJ Awards Leadership Award in 2019, was recently put in charge of Skanska’s operations in Hungary as well as in the Czech Republic. HOF Forum is being held in connection with the HOF Awards, in which the winning projects from the CIJ Awards across CEE compete for the top prize.
