Construction Montage Company No. 4 Bucharest, owned by the businessman Alexandru-Cosmin Walter initiated the authorization procedures for a premium residential project on a plot of land owned in the Jewish quarter in the center of Bucharest. The project has an area of 913 sqm and was bought by the company in 2009.
The project consists of a building with apartments and commercial spaces on the ground floor whose proposed height is 6 floors. The new project is to include 36 apartments and will be called Noor Unirii. The company plans to start works at the project this year.
