Alfa Elektro has expanded its 5,000 sqm warehouse to 16,100 sqm at Prologis Park Chorzów. The tenant was advised during the lease process by Savills. Prologis, the developer and owner of the scheme, adapt the new space to the tenant’s technical business requirements, including wider gates, floor reinforcement and the development of a customized office building, according to Piotr Brycki, leasing officer at Prologis. Prologis Park Chorzów is a modern distribution center located on the western edge of Katowice in the immediate vicinity of the A4 motorway, linking Ukraine and Germany.
