Alfa Technics will open new factory in June in Svilajnac, central Serbia. The company processes steel and produces products for the automotive and aircraft industry. It plans to employ 150 people to start and increase its workforce over the next three years. Projects costs hit €5m for the reconstruction and equipment. The 4,000 sqm facility is located in the Free Zone near the Nis-Belgrade highway. Alfa Technics exports 90 percent of its products and imports steel from Russia.
