Pharmaceutical company Alfasigma Polska has extended its lease agreement at the Equator II office building in Warsaw. Cresa represented the tenant during the lease extension. āThe 2017 global merger of the two pharmaceutical giants boosted our further growth. We decided to remain at Equator II, but our office needs space rearrangement and a fresh makeover so that it fits in well with the nature of our business,ā said Tomasz Sobczyk, Alfasigma. Equator II is located at Jerozolimskie avenue and offers more than 21,000 sqm office space spread over 14 floors. The property also includes more than 250 parking spaces in a three-level underground car park. Its anchor tenants include Medicover, WSiP, Bluesoft, AON and Regus. The owner of the office building is Karimpol.
