Businessman Ali Madadi, the owner of the car dealer Rădăcini Motors, has begun to draw up the necessary documentation for the development of a residential complex on the 4.5-hectare land near IKEA Pallady in the capital, bought about 8 years ago from the former oil factory industrial Sin.
Ali Madadi is now preparing the construction of 4 blocks with 6 floors each, the first stage of development of the residential complex which will include, in addition to the blocks, more than 50 one-story houses.
Filip Todonia, the representative of Rădăcini Estate, the real estate division of Ali Madadi, said that both the development option and the sale of this project are being analyzed.
