Alin Niculae, owner of Oscar Downstream, the largest independent gas distributor in Romania, is planning to develop to a 820-unit residential project in northern Bucharest’s Pipera area. The scheme will go up on a 20,000 sqm plot of land which was acquired from Atlas Corporation and will include studios, two- and three-room apartments. This is not Niculae’s first real estate project in Bucharest. He also developed the Maria Rosetti office tower between 2006 and 2007.
