Entrepreneur Alina Marulis is investing EUR 10 mln in the construction of Oxygen Home, a boutique residential project with 12 luxury villas near the American School in the Capital. The project will be build in three phases. Construction for the first three villas began and reached level 0, and the entire project will be delivered by the summer of 2022. For now, the construction is financed from own funds, with an investment loan approved by Libra Bank, which can be accessed for later phases. Oxygen Home is to receive the “Green Homes” certification from the Romania Green Building Council.
